Patrick Albano - Principal and Co-Founder
I’m Patrick Albano and I have built my career helping companies and people find new ways to grow.
Growing up, my parents instilled a strong work ethic in me. From my earliest days, my father taught me to constantly be thinking about new ways to solve problems.
As a kid, I spent many Saturday afternoons helping my dad with tasks around the house, from installing our pool to mowing the lawn to raking leaves. My father is a special type of person who not only knows how to do many things but knows how to do them faster and better than anyone else. Often times when we would start a new project together, I would challenge myself to think about how to accomplish a task the way he would. Undoubtedly, my father would see what I was doing and recommend a slight adjustment that would make my work even better.
He took this same tact when driving long distances (before the days of GPS, Google Maps, or Waze!) and he always knew the best side streets to get us to our destination faster. I still challenge myself to find a better way to get there and named my business Side Street Ventures because just like my dad, I strive to help my partners and clients find simple ways to get there faster.
